Socially Responsible Business

Socially responsible business (SRB) means that a company takes responsibility for the effects that its business activities have on people and the environment. The company makes conscious choices to reach a balance between People, Planet and Profit. Companies can even go a step further and orientate themselves towards new market opportunities, growth and innovation with gains for people, society and the environment. Now and in the future.

SRB is the standard for doing business in the 21st century:

  • SRB is an integrated vision of entrepreneurship, in which the company creates value in economic (Profit), ecological (Planet) and social (People) terms.

  • SRB is embedded in all business processes. Each business decision involves balancing various stakeholder interests: the interests of the people, companies and organizations involved. SRB is tailored to the needs of the business. The MVO activities are different for each company. They depend on the size of the company, the sector, the corporate culture and the business strategy.

  • SRB is a process and not an end itself. The goals strived for change over time and with each business decision. The company searches for achievable steps in order to give shape to social responsibility.

ATS Teconomy attaches great value to socially responsible business (SRB). In order to specify this in greater detail, we have formulated our SRB policy to pay attention to the environment and the social economy (sustainable business).
