What does our application procedure look like?

Carefully checking applications
Step 2 is up to us. We check your specific or open application carefully. We then quickly let you know whether we’ll be inviting you to attend an initial interview. If we don’t have a suitable vacancy at the present time, we’ll keep your details on file for any future job openings. We’ll also tell you about that, of course.
Initial interview
The initial interview is all about getting to know each other. Look on it as a first date. Do we click? Would we like to have you as a new colleague? Would you like to have us as new colleagues? In this way, we’ll get to know whether you are the enthusiastic new professional we’re looking for and whether the position fits what you’re looking for.
If we want to meet up for a second interview you’ll be invited for an online assessment.
Detailed second interview
If we get on well during our first meeting, we’ll follow this up with a second interview. That’s when we’ll take a more detailed look at the nature of the job and the results of the assessment will be discussed shortly. Is the position exactly what you expected? And are you really the perfect candidate for it?
Offer
Our application procedure always consists of two interviews. Are you and we still enthusiastic about each other afterwards? If so, we’ll make you an offer consisting of an appropriate salary and our terms and conditions of employment. After that, we look forward to welcoming you as a new colleague!
