Opdrachtgevers die zaken doen met bedrijven die hun zaken niet op orde hebben, lopen het risico op boetes en de inhuuraansprakelijkheid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">ATS Teconomy is daarom gecertificeerd volgens NEN 4400-1, waardoor zij haar klanten maximale bescherming kan bieden.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\"><strong>Nieuwe regels voor het inhuren van professionals<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De bepalingen van de Wet op de Toewijzing van werknemers door tussenpersonen, die de aanwerving en detachering van personeel regelt, waren oorspronkelijk bedoeld om fraude en misbruik in verband met de aanwerving en detachering van werknemers in bepaalde economische sectoren tegen te gaan. Na hun wijziging op 1 juli 2012 zijn ze nu ook van toepassing op de ICT-sector en hebben ze specifieke gevolgen voor de aanwerving van zelfstandigen en consultants van IT-dienstverleners.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\"><strong>Vrijgesteld van huurverplichting<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ondanks een goede registratie en ongeacht de omvang lopen organisaties die personeel in dienst nemen, het risico van de zogenaamde inhuurverplichting als het bedrijf waarmee zij zaken doen, niet op tijd zijn loonbelasting en BTW afdraagt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Dankzij onze NEN 4400-1 certificering hebben we het kwaliteitskeurmerk van de Stichting Normering Arbeid (SNA).
